To find out how much it would cost to ship an item to you simply add the item to your Shopping Cart, select your destination country from the drop down list, and the shipping price will be automatically updated on the page for you:
Items sent to UK addresses are normally delivered next working day (minimum 3 working days if only small items are ordered), and most European deliveries within 2-3 working days. If your country is not on the list, please contact us for a shipping quote!
Returns Policy
12 Month Warranty
Golf Alchemy Ltd warrants that the products it sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the product has not been altered, defaced, misused, abused or otherwise damaged by an act of neglect of the customer. If a material defect appears during the product's warranty period and the criteria above have been complied with then Golf Alchemy Ltd will, at its sole discretion, either:-
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product.
- Refund your actual purchase price plus any postage costs less reasonable depreciation.
Please note that this warranty does not include Head Covers.
10 Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to a 12 Month Warranty, purchases come with a 10 day money-back guarantee. Take your clubs to the driving range or out for a round of golf. If you are not 100% happy with how they play then simply send them back – and we’ll refund your money.
The clubs must be dispatched back to Golf Alchemy Ltd within ten days of receipt. Golf Alchemy Ltd will then refund the full purchase price to your credit card.
Golf Alchemy Ltd reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the condition of the clubs has deteriorated. We therefore suggest protecting the head of drivers/fairway woods/utility clubs with either electrical tape or brown parcel tape during the trial period.
Please note unfortunately courier costs are not refundable.
